New website brings fresh vision.

With the debut of Isaac 2.0 only a couple weeks away, the Isaac team has launched a new, updated website. As the premier data management tool, we wanted the advantages of Isaac to be even clearer for you. This update includes a refurbished look with expanded and reorganized menus and pages. The website now gives inquiring clients a chance to easily view Isaac’s capabilities, and for current users, the site is a great way to stay up-to-date with our changes and updates.

The blog area will have news and announcements from Isaac, such as upcoming events, updates within the database, and general tips and tricks. Once Isaac 2.0 is released, the Isaac team will be rolling out tutorials and hosting demo sessions. These will be available for new stations and users or for longterm subscribers who want to learn more.

For prospective clients, the new site offers more information about the capabilities and features of Isaac, and comparison charts and pricing details are available. We encourage anyone interested in Isaac to contact us and schedule a demo of the software.

Updates to Isaac

After talking with stations and current users about Isaac and asking them what they would like to see, we’ve come up with many improvements to the database. Isaac 2.0 is set to launch this Spring, and some of the added features include:

  • Updated membership and organization integration

  • Reworked UI on multiple pages

  • Improved reservation workflows

  • Solidified Telvue & Tightrope integration

  • Added customizable reservation, membership and project settings for locations

  • Created more detailed reports for membership, reservations, and equipment

  • The rolling out of the Isaac Community Forum

  • And a lot more!

Listening to our users’ requests is our number one priority. We want a product that works for them so they can focus on what’s important: helping members, getting the right equipment out the door, teaching classes, and creating media.

We’ll be sending out more details about the Isaac 2.0 update as we get closer to the launch date. Check back and see what’s happening with Isaac!
